Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with our free shipping offer will be credited less our original shipping cost. All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, used or played with, in the original box and with the manufacturer’s packaging or a restocking fee of 25% will apply.

Important Notice

• Xtreme, Goped and Big Toys kids products are NON-RETURNABLE. If you receive a defective product it will either be replaced by an entire new unit or the replacement of the defective part(s) at the manufacturer's discretion.

• Due to the return polices of Razor USA, all returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items returned to these manufacturers must be in new condition, never assembled, used or played with, in the original box and with the manufacturer's packaging or an additional 25% fee will apply.
